What are your payment and cancellation policies?
We require full payment before the start of the tour. We accept payment via credit/debit card, PayPal or cash.
In case of cancellation, we offer a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour departure time. For cancellations made within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.
